'Success for all, in all we do'

Summer Term - Y4 Learning from Home Activities - Week Beginning 4th May 2020

Hello Year 4!

How are you? Are some days better than others? We know that for us, there are definitely days when we are feeling really motivated and school work is no problem. However, there are other days when we don't quite feel as keen to work. Like you, we certainly miss all of the people we can’t see and especially being in school teaching you!

What you need to remember is how proud we are of you. You are ALL doing such a fantastic job, and really working hard to keep your brains busy and not letting go of all the hard work and learning you have achieved at school! It takes a very strong mindset to maintain that work ethic, and we couldn’t ask for more from you – you're truly amazing!

On a brighter note, because it is a Bank Holiday on Friday, there is no need to do any school work! Instead, we ask you to celebrate the 75th anniversary of VE Day (see the 'optional' section on this week's Learning from Home activities for how you can celebrate with your family).

The highlight of our week has definitely been seeing the amazing work that you have produced.

Keep sending them to and we will choose a selection to put on the blog next week.

Mr Deveson sends his best wishes to all of you. He is feeling much better and hopes to be back blogging with you soon!

Wishing you and your family a safe and happy week ahead,

Miss Rees, Mrs Yorke
