PTA Meetings & News

Termly PTA meetings are usually held on Fridays, after school, in the year 6 block, off the junior playground, opposite the Old Nursery. Meetings are in one classroom and a Movie Club is run in the neighbouring classroom for children of meeting attending parents

UPDATE: with current restrictions and guidelines, we have switched to holding our meeting virtually, details of which will be sent to you if you register by sending an email to fircroftpta@gmail.com.

The dates of PTA meetings are communicated by email, on Facebook, class WhatsApp groups and written on the PTA blackboard in the infant playground, next to the main gate, well in advance of each meeting. They are also detailed on the school calendars for the academic year ahead, available to buy from the school office or via your class rep

Everyone is very welcome, and we suggest you bring snacks & drinks for your children and we will provide a film for them to watch, while we talk. We appreciate ALL input, no matter how big or small, and always welcome new parents/ carers and teachers/ staff to the meetings. Should you not be able to attend but would like something adding to the agenda, please email  fircroftpta@gmail.com.

Copies of the Minutes of the PTA meetings are centrally held by our PTA secretary. If you would like to receive an electronic copy, please email us at fircroftpta@gmail.com. If you are already signed up to the PTA mailing list, minutes are circulated after the meetings, via MailChimp.
